University of Nottingham (Kings Meadow Campus) – Entrance Canopy

We are very pleased with how they look and that they will be a ‘boon’ for our children in terms of shade and rain protection. However my main reason for writing is that I am very pleased with the way in which your staff Martin Sears and Timothy Barclay, have carried out the project. The space we used for the canopies is a main thoroughfare to our playgrounds. They have managed to keep this are very tidy and safe throughout the week so that we can function as a school without any inconvenience. This was mainly due to Martin and Timothy, who in addition to doing such a good job have worked exceptionally well, ensuring ‘business as usual’ and have been very friendly with staff and children. They are a credit to your company and I hope that you will let them know that I have followed up my appreciation of them with this letter.

Hi, I would like to thank your staff for the excellent job on the canopy, I have had reports from the classroom staff and the admin team and all have said how polite your guys were, how well the work was carried out with minimum disturbance to the daily life of the children, many thanks.

We would like to take this opportunity of thanking Clovis Canopies for supplying and installing a superb shade canopy over our Foundation Stage play area which is proving to be “all weather”! The work was completed on schedule and to our complete satisfaction. Your company listened to our requests, provided a canopy which met all our requirements and was constructed with the minimum of fuss whilst the school was in session. The tradesmen who erected the canopy were most accommodating to the needs of the children and school and arranged their work schedule around the children’s play times. No request was ever too much trouble. I was particularly impressed with the regard the workmen paid to health and safety and with keeping the worksite clean and tidy. I also have to congratulate you on your professionalism and aftercare service, which has been second to none. A huge thank you to all of your staff. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Clovis Canopies.

Extremely happy with the aesthetically pleasing design, build quality and courteous, cheerful workmen who erected the canopy. The children are proud of their new outdoor learning area and the staff keen to develop the Early Years Curriculum. A pleasure doing business with you and your team.

We just wanted to record our thanks for the work that your company completed at our school over half term. The canopy is superb and has been much admired – not least by the children who enclose their own thanks. It really transforms the courtyard into a much more versatile area which will now be well used throughout the year. Thank you, too, to your workman/men who were so helpful. Our caretaker lady, Betty, who I believe you met, was full of praise for their approachability and hard work. The site was left spotless – not always the case! Just to let you know how pleased we are with our lovely new shelter. It looks great and fits in very well with our entrance. Will send you photo when we take one. Also wanted to congratulate your workmen on how polite and accommodating they were to schools needs. They are exceptionally sympathetic about children and parents using the entrance while they were working and went out of their way to please everybody in school.
